Frequently asked questions

What is the smallest UV flatbed printer Winscolor makes?
The YC6090 with a 600 x 900 mm table, aimed at phone shells, small signs, awards and sample production.
Can a flatbed printer print white ink on transparent acrylic?
Yes. White is a separate channel, so white underlay prints first and colour on top, with varnish in the same pass.
What substrate thickness can the flatbed handle?
Thickness depends on the model and head clearance. The 2513L platform handles boards up to 400 mm thick.
How fast does a 2.5 x 1.3 m flatbed print?
The 2513L is rated at up to 25 square metres per hour in production mode; draft settings run faster.
Do the printers need a special power supply?
The larger flatbeds run on 380 V three-phase power. The current rating is confirmed in the quotation.
