Which model should I start with?
A shop starting out usually begins with the YC1610H or YC2513L; the right choice depends on the largest sheet size.
Do all models use Ricoh printheads?
The flatbed, hybrid and roll models use Ricoh GEN5 or GEN6. The corrugated printers use industrial printheads with water-based ink.
Can I print white ink on transparent material?
Yes on the UV models. White and varnish are separate channels, so they print without stopping the colour pass.
What is the largest machine?
The YC3321L flatbed prints 3.3 x 2.1 m and the YC3321R takes a 3.3 m roll.
Where are the printers made?
They are built in Jinan, China, in a 2,000 m2 plant with six production lines.
